Sitting in the vulnerable position- under the hairdresser's color brush and foils - I told her how I was looking forward to the faculty Christmas party.
"Did you buy a dress?" Pantine asked as she worked her magic.
"I plan to go shopping this afternoon," I replied, "but I'm not exactly sure how to dress for this event. The theme for the evening is 'New York'."
"Oh right," she said. "That is a difficult one. Gosh. I mean what do they expect you to do after all? Go as the Eiffel Tower?"

Ummm Yeah! That would totally stress me out! So What did you decide? When's the party? I am sure whatever you decide you'll look fabulous!! Love you!
I didn't actually get to go. Jack got a fever, so eventhough I bought a sassy little black dress (to wear with siny heels), I got to stay home and watch Cars II. ;)
Sorry you missed the party and Jack was sick. Hope he is OK now! You can WOW your friends next time. I know you will knock their socks off.
